What is the returns policy at TechManBiz?

We’re confident you’ll love our products but for further peace of mind, every order placed with TechManBiz is covered by our hassle-free 30-day money-back guarantee.
This means that if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date you receive your goods to return them to us for a full refund.
All we ask is that the item be returned to us unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How do I return an item?

Before you return any items to us, please send an email to techmanbiz@gmail.com. We will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.

When Will I receive my refund or replacement?

Once the returned goods have been received by us, we will process a refund or replacement within 5 working days. 
Refunds should appear on your bank statement within a further 7-10 days ( depending on your bank) and replacements will arrive within a further 7-10 working days (another dispatch confirmation will be emailed).

How Will I be refunded?

We will refund you via the same method in which you paid. All refunds will go back to the same card/account used at the time of purchase.
